The death of Mrs. Willie Gould of Memramcook East occurred at Moncton Hospital Annex Tuesday (23 janvier) following a lengthy illness.
Born in Upper Dorchester she was 80 years of age, daughter of the late Robert (Maximin) and Caroline (LeBlanc) Dupuis. She was the last surviving member of the immediate family.
She is survived by four sons, Roy, Ephrem and Robert, all of Memramcook East and Emile of Leominster, Mass.; 30 grandichildren and 29 greatgrandchildren.
The body is resting at Dupuis funeral home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday at 8 p.m. from Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church at Memramcook East. The body will be placed in the receiving vault at St Thomas cemetery in St. Joseph. Interment will be in the family plot in the parish cemetery in the spring.
